This chalet is part of a complex of 61 homes called "Village Nordique", located around 500 m south of the center of La Féclaz resort and 300 m from the first downhill and cross-country ski slopes.This detached chalet is set in a quiet, 500 m2 plot, with a terrace and south-facing windows. With a living area of 50 m2 spread over 2 levels, it can accommodate up to 4 people.Ground floor:- an entrance hatch for storing equipment (skis, snowshoes, boots, etc.) ;- living room with TV and sofa bed.- kitchenette equipped with fridge, hob, oven and electric coffee-maker.- Table and chairs for 4 to 6 people- bathroom and WC.First floor:- One bedroom with double bed- One bedroom with 2 single beds side by side and a games area Linen is not provided.The premises are rented furnished with kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows for 4 people.Access by car to the chalet is authorized only for loading and unloading. Prolonged parking must otherwise take place in the main road parking lot.During the summer season, tenants have access to the Nordic Village's private swimming pool.This open-air facility, with treated and heated water, is fenced and closed outside opening hours, preventing access by young children, as required by current regulations for this type of installation.The pool, which varies in depth from 1 to 2.5 meters, is not supervised, and children are therefore allowed to swim under the sole responsibility of their parents.The accommodation is not subject to any particular classification.
